Once we have clicked on the Taxes change button through the Inventory Items screen, a window like the one we can see below will appear.

From this screen we can change the taxes of the inventory items in one step.

It allow us to change the tax of all the inventory items which are taxed with the same type tax and we wish to change it to a different one.

In order to make a tax change, we must choose the previous purchase tax and the new purchase tax and press the Ok button.

The Cancel button allows us to exit of the screen without making any changes.
